Just spotted this on ebay. Not mine nor do I know the seller. Not top of the line but pretty nice for under $200 shipped using BIN. Not much of a description but the derailleurs look to be Jubilee but I cannot be sure and the crank may be either a Nevar or Stronglight. Nice two tone paint, and Universal brakes. I just think this would make a nice bike for someone on a limited budget.
