I just picked one of these up at the local junk bike store. The bike is a 54 cm, and in addition to having some interesting parts like Ambrosio 19 elite rims, Modolo white plastic brake levers, Regina Oro 5 speed freewheel (13-19) it also has one problem. The seat tube seems to be narrower as you go down, so that a 26.8 seat post does not quite go all the way down to the minimum line. Is this the way the seat post should go, if indeed the seat tube is narrower as it "aeros" down to a different shape? (26.8 fits easily at first then seems to stick as it goes about 3 inches down.)
