On Monday morning I rode my 1958 Bauer CycloCross - custom made - 531 Reynolds along the Erie Canal rail trail in Lockport NY.
The Bauer was given to me by Seigi Koch who rode it at the 1961 German National CycloCross Championships and the 1962 World CylcoCross Championships.
On Monday evening I opted for a slightly more modern ride and fastforwarded 45 years.
