Its annodized, but it is not NOS, the anno did vary in finish, this bike is just dirty, in an oil soaked kind of way, look at the rear drop out image carefully. There was only one raw brushed finish Titan around in So Cal in the 70's, it was a track bike made for Ron Skarin, allegedly only two of them ever made. Ron's was stolen in 1975 if I remember correctly, from his car.

In 1975 Teledyne surveyed dealers asking if there was interest in track frame production, but they never tooled up.

Owned a Titan road bike in the late 70's, top tube was too short. After one adapted to the wheelbase reducing 1" or so upon braking, it was a comfortable rider. Sold long ago to finance school.
