Afternoon all, Yes Norris I remember them well from the time trial scene of that period. This was when the Velo Club Slough was very strong with Roger Queen and Noel Lilley. Sadly Noel our former Olympic rider was killed in Colorado in the USA when riding home from work. There were so many top riders and teams back then, Manchester Wheelers, Team Chiltern, the other Slough lot. The riders that stick out were Martin Pyne, Glen Longland, John Woodburn, Roger Iddles, John Pritchard and Brian Phillips plus a whole host of others. The halcycon days of British time trials.
