If memory serves me well, they're called: TOP TUBE STEM ADAPTERS. Make very certain that you indicate the diameter of your toptube (they sent me the wrong diameter once). I placed the order right around the completely unexpected passing of George Longstaff.
I think Charles Andrews was trying to get one of these things, so contact him.
