No. A fishmouth lug is a simple way to cut down a plain lug. Drill a hole in
the side and then open out the "mouth" with two straight cuts so you get a
shape sort of like

The Brennan is, of course, the fancy version. Keep in mind that Brennan started out as the massive Brampton lug as found on an old BSA or other British roadsters.
