Mark,

Depending on what your deffinition of "reasonable cost" is, it's not uncommon for a job like that to end up costing what some may consider "a considerable chunk of change". A garage and a bike on a roof rack is never a good combination. Maybe an airbag for the bikes on top is in order.

Glenn is out of the country until the fall and I was wondering is there a builder out there that could replace these tubes and paint it at a reasonable cost? Thanks for the help in advance, Mark Poore Slatyfork, WV
