Subject: [CR]E-Bay worth noting

Just a tip off to someone who can tell more from bad photos and/or descriptions than I can. E-bay item 7166287871 is listed as a Benotto 27". Frame appears to be 53 cm though, so this is a small frame not a Large as listed. Seller seems to be honest from his history but proceeds to describe everything else incorrectly. He claims the frame has only a few nicks, but the photos are taken from so far back that I can not tell anything. He claims he paid $700 in 1982, so it should be all campy, but if you ask him and he responds for the general public, then the bidding war will heat up. He also claims the bike is so light he can lift it over his head with one finger, so he says it must be 11 or 12 pounds. (What a rube!). In comes complete with a gel seat cover and it has a claimed top speed of 53 mph downhill. He believes the frame is a mixed magnesium alloy, so you know this guy is a real metalurgist. The description is so bad that it could be a great E-bay steal deal with no bidding yet to start (what a surprise.)

Please let me know what components (and frame level) this bike has, if you can tell.
