The seller claims:

"This is set that includes EVERY tool you would ever need to work on your campy components."

Setting aside the distinct possibility that this is the reduced kit, consider how this statement fits with mechanical reality, particularly for the non-vintage buyer.

No cartridge BB / cassette lockring tool, no 10-spd chain tool (or any chain tool), no nutdriver-spoke wrench for your Shimals, to no 3, 3.5, 4, 7, or 8mm Allen wrench, no-super narrow chain whip (or any chainwhip), no star nut setter, no SIS cable cutter, no tools for cartridge bearings, no threadless fork jig, no cutters for integrated headsets....

The complete Campy kit didn't include everything you needed even back when it was the gold standard. In fact, it even lacked a couple of Campy's early tools. Since then, many other Campy tools have come along, and in some cases gone away, never having made it into the kit (OS headset tools, SL freewheel tools). But no matter what the case, a modern buyer (not us!) expecting this kit to provide everything he needs will be seriously disappointed. There will be lots of expensive, rarely needed tools, some expensive never-needed tools, but few of the inexpensive basics that are needed day-to-day. So, he'll have no spoke wrench or chain tools, but think of all the fun he'll have trying to find a use for these tools on his modern bike:

1" head tube and fork mills, steering column die, Regina FW remover, 15mm crank bolt wrench, BB/HS wrenches, pedal dust cap wrench, seatpost wrench...

I'm a tool freak at heart, and any reason to buy a new tool is good with me. But for the average Joe, it is probably a good thing that newer bikes require far fewer tools for routine maintenance, and that modern aluminum and CF bikes are generally well prepped from the factory. Heck, even if the dropouts and derailleur hanger aren't aligned, the correct tools would be of little help.
