I have just been investigating the same issue and, unless I am way
wrong, if you can meet there size limit shipping to Australia via USPS
6-10 day air (I think) costs about $250 and change for a 35+ lb package.
It certainly works for smaller frames. I am unsure if you can meet
their size calculation for large size. If you are willing to ship
parcel post ground (4 to 6 weeks) is is much cheaper, well under $200.
