Some of you may have seen this already:
Note the interesting set-up. It certainly appears to have been set up and ridden this way on purpose... note the low seat-post... saddle and bars are nearly level.
The same is true of this seller's other bike, a nice Urago. Both bikes from the 50s or 60s..I thought it was cool to see this particular set-up on actual bikes used in-period. Sure, they could have been adjusted later..but I bet you anything they were adjusted and ridden just this way, and were considered correctly-sized.
