So, how does one determine the date of manufacture for a Holdsworth Pro (yes, carefully worded to avoid the usual jokes)? The link on the Nigel Kilgariff's Holdsworth website has been deleted. Mine has serial number 40467. Mine has the 10" chromed rear (measured from start of chrome to tip of seat stay end; ie, not including the dropout. Is this how they measured? If I include the dropout in the measurement, I have 12" of chrome ) and fully chromed fork. Based on the seatlug, thin seatstay wrapovers and hollow riveted headbadge, mine is clearly a factory model, not a shop built one if that helps.

Any help?

Thanks in advance,
