Peter, What a bugger I have everything except the lockring mind you I have got to find the hub in amongst all the junk. I cycled with the guy who's hub this was. He came from Essex was a Century man and CTC. I use to tour with him but for the life of me I can't remember his name. He drove a land crab 1800 like a lunatic if he cycled as fast as he drove he would have represented us in the World's! He was well into his seventies then. This would have been in the early to mid 70's. He use to ride an Ovalised Evans which a friend of mine still owns (he junked the hub) perhaps he might remember his name but I think he got the bike after he died. It's a shame that I am not in regular contact with Tony Oliver as he was on some of these tours and would have a photograph of him. The tour leader was John Stephens Southgate and RTTC Council. There were a lot of Southgate on these tours riding George Brook's or H.R.Morris frames. I have got to get in touch with Alan who owns the Evan's and I will ask him if he has any spare hex cogs. Think I will try and look for you in Coureur Sporting Cyclist for a Moyne advert, not sure but I think Bowles of Walthamstow were the agents. They were Urago as well. Sold the Butler SV only got a tenner but more importantly its going to a good home. Fiinally was out with Mark cycling at the weekend when the St.Ives came back from their Sunday club run now they make a big thing locally about welcoming novices on these runs. Well I was there in St.Ives market place when the leading group came in. Are you ready for this 68.5 miles at an average of 18.6 mph! Fancy being a Tuggo on that club run. Speak to you soon
