There's a nice restored 1948 Bottecchia with Campagnolo cambio corsa at Rydjor Bicycles.

They've updated the site since last time I looked, so it might be worth checking-out the improved pictures:

IIRC, This bike came from Mario Girasa, who purchased it from CyclArt.
