Subject: [CR]WTB, small French bars and stem.

I am building up a mid-70's pink Mercier for my wife, and need a short French (22.0) stem, 60mm extension or less, and narrow, 38cm ctc (would probably settle for 39) or less engraved French-made bars. I'm reworking a very short Nitto Technomic (cut, file and sand) in case I have to use that with some 25.4 Nitto bars, but I'd much rather use French-made bars and stem. One of the drawbacks of the typical long top tubes of old French bikes is that they don't fit female proportions well and force the use of very short stems.
