Hello Charles, I fully realise that this might be stating the obvious but there are only two clues to the makers identity of this frame. The first being the frame number and also where it is located. The second more important clue is those scalloped track ends. These are somewhat reminiscent of Hetchins late 1940's shaped road ends, sure I have seen something similar on a Hetchin's Six Day. The number doesn't ring any Hetchin's bells and the normal practice for this maker was to place the frame number on the ends. These scalloped track ends I have seen before but I can't remember where, George Stratton or Doc Green could be in the frame for this one. Typical of the great individual touches they would add to a standard Nervex Pro track frame. I hope someone can crack its identity.
