I have a question on Campagnolo Delta Brakes with cover plate on the front or back. How do you remove it to get to brake cable to release cable. Just pop it off. Or is it more complicated than that. Any source for brake pads.Starting to work on cleaning up a early 80's Medici 59.5 c to c with all 'C' record parts I got of eBay. Thanks for help Charles Nighbor Walnut Creek, CA
