Anyone seen these newest eBay scams? Now these sleazeballs are making up bogus fraud complaints from eBay buyers against the person they are trying to scam, complete with item number, wiining bid price and ficticious buyer. They look more realistic all the time, except that the targets have hopefully seen them evolve and are forewarned. One tipoff is that they will usually sent half a dozen of these scam messages to the same recipient in a few minutes time. Also, in my case I only buy on eBay, never sell, so I'm not too concerned with supposed complaints from buyers. Wish NATO would launch a surgical airstrike in Nigeria to take out this lowlife scum. Evidently they are beyond the reach of any functional legal system.

Jerry, whoa! I am sure (hopefully) that you were joking but on what basis do you lay the blame for all financial scams on Nigeria? Several years ago there were a bunch of Americans doing 'boiler-house' share selling scams in the Netherlands. They had a good story and took me for $500 for shares in what sounded like a legitimate business. Did I call for rockets on Washington? Get real Jerry, the US is not some sort of haven for purity. dare I mention Enron? There are crooks everywhere, as the Romans, said ,Caveat Emptor, so please don't indulge in such stupid slurs. And what the hell does it to have to do with bikes? Nigel Land Lincolnshire England
