The listing does say that the seller will ship to anywhere in the world - i.e. "Livraison vers Monde entier."

Perhaps the "Metropolitain France Only" business applies to the free shipping that is also mentioned in the listing. I can't say for sure because that little section of the listing implies that the free shipping applies to "another method of shipping the package."

This stuff can be confusingenough in your native tongue, so I think it's obvious you would need to talk with this seller about shipping, no matter what.
