Subject: [CR]Phil Wood BB axle advice needed

I bought 3 Phil BB's on eBay last fall and just finished exchanging them for Phil 119mm +4 BB's, which the list advised was the right one for old Stronglight triples. Phil Wood customer service was very helpful about exchanging axle lengths and the cost was extremely reasonable. Phil Wood, in my opinion, is one of the greatest companies in the business.

Now that I have the triples covered, however, I need a Swiss BB for the rather rare French Haral frame I bought not long ago. Probably originally used a Swiss thread Edco sealed BB, but fat chance finding that, so Phil is probably the best option, since they sell Swiss mounting rings. On this bike, I'll probably use a Campy NR or clone double, or possibly a Stronglight or TA double. Phil Wood currently sells two standard (pre 1993 cranks) taper, offset BB's shorter than 119mm. One is 116mm +5, the other 113mm +5. Can anyone tell me which would be better for Campy NR? For Stronglight/TA doubles? Also does anyone know if the Stronglight 144 BCD mod 106 and 107 cranks made at the end of the classic era continued to use a 118mm double axle and the old Stronglight taper? Or did they go to a shorter axle like Campy NR with a taper similar to the Campy?
