One question. The first article is dated 1951, but discusses the Super 60, which the second article, dated May 1960, says was recenty introduced. Should one presume the first article is actually from 1961, rather than 1951?

I've just fitted a Cyclo Benelux (Birmingham) Super 60 to an unknown English frame with the required Cyclo dropout with hanger; far superior to a campy Gran Sport IMHO. Moreover, the Super 60 (produced in 1960 and 61 I think) seems to be an inspiration for those 80s/90s Mavic derailleurs. Compare them side by side and they are remarkably similar in many respects except materials.
Having said all this, I haven't tried the Super 60 out just yet. Soon it'll all be together.
