Sounds a bit like a bike I bought new way back. Maillard hubs, Milremo rims, TA crankset, Lyotard Berthet pedals, Phillippe track bars, Atax stem, unpadded 3ttt (I think) saddle. Can't remember the seatpost. It was a cheap but good bike on which I actually won something.
