You can disassemble the FW body, leaving only the inner body on the hubshell. If the hub his high flange, the inner body may be small enough to allow the wheel to be laced up, at which point you can remove the inner body with the standard tools/proceedures. If the inner body blocks the holes (most small flange hubs) grind it down and lace up the wheel. When the wheel is built, clamp the remains of the inner body in a vice and remove in the "normal" fashion. Usually, the pawl seats provide a good bite in the vise.
