It certainly looks like a most interesting bike! Is it a fixed gear or is there some sort of coaster brake? How many teeth in the rear?

Sorry I can not add any truly useful info. It appears to be at least 1930's vintage, possibly older.

Is it rideable as is? Of course it is worth "something", but the amount of the something is between buyer and seller and I would not hazard a guess.

Although it's not my size, I would certaining thing of acquiring, even as mostly a wallhanger, depending on price of course!
