List:

I was 'blessed' with a pile of wheels, front and rear in various states of condition and decay. A good portion of them are Schwinn Approved hubs made in france. Some are high and others are low flange. I guess I'm wondering if I should donate them to a local bike nonprofit or will the hubs be more appropriate in the hands of a collector or afficionado? What should I be looking for? date codes? logos? brands? Any help would be appreciated.

There were some other goodies in the pile- a black Cinelli unicantor suede saddle, and an early 80's time trial front wheel: american classic front hub with original minimalist QR design, 28h radially laced spokes, Sun Mistral hard anodized rim, 650c conti tubular. and a few other odds and ends.

I'm willing to unload the wheel but I think I'll keep the pretty saddle around for a while.
