That's a great find, Todd. Sekai 4000s and 5000s were handbuilt by a highly-regarded Osaka frame maker named Miki for Sekai. Very fine bicycles, not part of Sekai's regular production. Here's a link to a 1975 Sekai brochure that has the specs (check out the upper right corner):

Andrew Muzi (Yellow Jersey in Madison, WI) is the source of this brochure scan and my source for info on Sekai (and incredible bicycle stuff, BTW). I just picked up a 1975 Sekai Competition (their best production model) on ebay and am on the lookout for a 4000. I would settle for a 5000, Todd, if you get bored with yours.

The 5000 is a very light frame... the brochure says 4.5lbs including fork and headset for a 56cm. I'm curious about yours.
