Subject: [CR]Bike information please

Hi, all A college age guy came into our shop today in Madison, WI with a nice bike that he knew nothing about ... he said his neighbor had given it to him ... he was cooperative about showing it to me, and really had no idea what he had, which was:

Columbine, late '70s to early '80s, 57 cm c-t-c frame, Tange Prestige tubing, serial number CC (rust spot) 378P. Paint looked original, black with red head tube and seat bands, gold "Columbine" on downtube. Henry James fork crown. Campy SR crankset, drilled and tapped for triple, but not adapters and ring. C-Record headset, Cinelli 1A stem, 65-42 Bars Campy SR derailleurs, braze-on front. Front derailleur controlled by downtube lever, rear derailleur by a Suntour Bar-end shifter Record small flange hubs with Mavic MA 40 hard-anodized rims Modolo Pro brakes with aero levers.

Does anybody on the list recognize this bike? If so, get in touch. Kid says he will do the right thing if it turns out to be stolen.
