Yes, but I think Chuck is referring to the name/logo on the main tubes, not pinstriping which is hand painted on many most bikes on which striping appears.. Whether using a brush or roller tool, it is still "by hand" rather than a decal or transfer.

We are looking for a maker who hand paints his company's name on the frame, in the "big places", like down tube, top tube, etc......
