Sorry to have initially reported inaccurately, but Cy Hogue's frame set that is for sale at cycles de ORO is as follows (just measured it):
seat tube, center to top = 56 cm seat tube, c to c = 54.5 cm top tube, c to c = 55.8 cm fork offset = 4.7 cm chain stays = 43 cm head tube = 12.8 cm Seat post size = 27.2 BSC bbkt threads BSC head tube threading. Prugnat lugs, finely filed. Serial number 02055 (built in February 1975) Saxahawpaw, North Carolina DuPont Firethorn metallic Centari paint.
No head set.

Generally very very good condition, with these notes: - slight goobering of paint on flats of rear brake mount hole where serrated washer will seat. - a few scattered very small paint blemishes from 20 + years of sitting around unbuilt. - small (very small) handlebar dent on right side top tube (see pics... paint not cracked.. very small) - Tip if front of seat lug has slight paint unevenness where bumped and touched up (see pics)
