Anything you find to fit will be old stock. Euro-Asia imports made a no-logo copy you can find on eBay now and then. These pass casual inspection well enough, but do have a noticeable seam along the side. Modolo 919 and 920 hoods work well and seem to be relatively available. They're on eBay pretty regularly, and American Cyclery in San Francisco (http://www.americancyclery.com/) seems to have a stock -- at least I got a couple sets from them earlier this year.
The Modolo 919s are the "anatomic" model; more comfortable than the original hoods, in my opinion at least, but the 920s are more similar to the original ones.
I also got a set of CLB gum hoods from Banana Brain that look like they might work, and the CLB sunburst logo on the side looks almost like the famous "globe" Campy used.
