Subject: [CR]Di Rocco...anyone?

Hoping for historical info on my latest acquisition; a 64cm Di Rocco. Unfortunate tri-color cheapo repaint, so no decals for information. It's got chrome forks with 'R' & 'Di Rocco' on fork caps, long 'spoon' seatstay caps are also engraved 'Di Rocco'...It has uncrimped chainstays, Gipiemme dropouts, heart-ish-relief on topside of each short-point lug, cable routing above bottom bracket (bb has only '64' stamped on underside; no drain...brake cable braze-ons on top of the top tube... A simple looking frame with a steep head tube angle & non-original early 1980's Sugino/Shimano/Campy component mix-up. The top tube is an appropriately long 61cm...so I'm thinking 1980's rather than 1970's. Pleased to say it's undented & I find no cracks; I'll give it a test
ride tomorrow.
