99.2% is not that great IMO, long-term. It would depend on the nature of the negatives this particular eBayer might have received.... JB: Just thought I'd point out the misinformation or inconsistancy, but on the other side the seller in question does have a 99.2% rating on Ebay. Maybe this was just a one time mistake by the seller ?
