Good morning Listmembers

The day's weather at Trexlertown, PA was picture perfecto as well. A bit crisp at 0700 hours but it warmed up by 0900. It seems that alot of CR east coast guys were there. I broke even, so the day was paid for. For 80 bucks, I picked up a Trico ($300. retail) bike case in decent shape and will try it out on Wednesday on the flight out to the left coast. Post meet, (about 2:30 PM ot if you are Tom Adams, 1430 hours) list members Ray Homiski, John Pergolizzi, Dave Neuhous, Robert Anderson, myself and a few others and went for a ride through the countryside. Tom Adams and I shared a booth and while money was not changing hands, we were talking about our plans for Chuckie Velo numero 5. The four of us east coast guys who are making the trip, were at T Town (Pergo,Adams, Bingham Schmidt). We tried to do a last minute pitch to Maasland and Homiski (free floor space in the room) but could not so list members that are going should feel free to unload a barage of "guilt emails" to both of them.

Note to Dale Brown, I wore my CR Jersey and must've had 5 guys approach me and mentioned they met you at Interbike.

I also ran into Ed Beamon who is the manager of the Navigators Racing Team. We are trying to firm up Ed as a speaker for theOct/Nov BVVW meeting. Ed was selling the team's 2005 Colnago bikes as Ernesto sends em a new batch every year. $3750. for a C-50 with Record, not a bad deal. As a reminder, we have a BVVW meeting tomorrow night at John's Pizzeria on Bleeker St.

Regrets: I saw a Bridgestone XO-1 with custom touring racks but needed the funds for other projects in progress so took a pass on it.

CR List members at T-Town Oct 2005: Homiski, Neuhaus, Adams, Bingham, Maasland, Tom "Purple" Hayes, Drinkwater, Pergolizzi, Bender-Zanoni, Skrzypek, Ken Sanford, Simon Firth, Steve Kinne, Billy Rounds, Sam Fitzsimmons, Dan Artley, Larry Osborn, Dave Schultz, Dave Perry, Tahlia Lampert , Missing in action was Angel Garcia and Eddie Albert (both in Italy & Mike Al lison, Interbike) Youse guys were missed.

On to Pasadena
