Anyone know if Capella was an option or primarily home market perhaps? Jack
These lugs were used in the UK and built by Raleigh in their Carlton frames during the1960's for a time. Later they used to Prugnat and many other makes and did'nt appear to keep to one make for any particular length of time.With so many different models on the market it was'nt surprising a such a variety lugs was used.
