Managed to get up into the loft and hey presto found it straight away. I was correct they were available in 1959 I found a copy of "Coureur "Sporting Cyclist" form January 1959 and on page 4 there is a half page advertisement for The Carlton Capella frame priced at £16.0.0 or £20.10.0 for the all chrome show finish. Described as exquisite lug work superbly filed Reynolds 531 butted tubing. In the same advert the Catlina 1 and Super race also appear. Bets wishes Mick Butler Huntingdon
