tipo end barrel, but it looks like a record acorn on the fixing end of the lever.

Interested if anyone is familiar with a "BREV. INT. CAMPAGNOLO" skewer that is marked on the barrel end versus the more commom "BREV. CAMP" side stamp??? Would appreciate any information regarding age if anyone can help.
