I'm currently struggling with a nasty bout of carpal tunnel syndrome due to excessive mousing, and by posting this, going against doctor's orders to stay the h*ll off the computer. Anyway, I'm searching for a pair of tubular track rims (sprint rims in the UK) in a 32/40 drilling, timeline appropriate for the 1948 Hetchins track bike seen on the link below. Scheerens Weltmeisters ,etc to go with a set of Bacon Slicer hubs. Also considering wooden rims in32/40, even though they're a bit late for a '48 bike. They sure would look nice though. Leads appreciated. http://www.theracingbicycle.com/Hetchins_48.html
