I'm pretty sure down tube decals were an option. I know some of the Cinellis Spence Wolf imported had none, If you wanted them he would install them.
Oh yeah, before I bought my Cinelli, I rode and raced on a very elderly Urago. Purple with Nervex lugs, I believe the rear Simplex had two cables and the front was lever operated, I have heard the term ,suicide shifter lately.
