Hello Cinelli experts,
A dealer at our local weekend flea market had what looked like a silver 70s Cinelli SC, 58cm frame, Campy NR components, for $400 cash. The only thing odd was the seat tube decal placements seemed oddly spaced. The front derailleur clamp partially covered the lower world stripes decal and it bore a Reynolds 531 seat tube decal. As expected, the guy couldn't tell me anything about the bike except it was part of an estate sale. Other than being too big for me, I'm afraid it may have been a Windsor-Cinelli rip off. Were there ever any Cinellis made with Reynolds tubing?
