Hi all,
as some of you know I have several Rossin bikes, actually now the count is
up to four. The frame numbers seem to have been placed (consistently) in th
e
left side rear dropout. But here the problem is: my last acquisition (a
white Record, chrome headlugs, cable guides on top of the bb shell, no
braze-on front derailleur) has '82' stamped into the dropout. OK, 1982, I
can believe that. But my RLX ( as shown in the 1988 Rossin catalogue) has P
E
270 stamped into the dropout. Not very indicative of a year I would say.
Can anyone help me here? Thanks in advance!
