Subject: [CR]At long last, my Masi is built up

built up but not exactly finished - i still have to build a new set of wheels with some beautiful nos martano rims i was lucky to get (i decided to go with small flange hubs btw). in the meantime i have it setup with a pair of old but nice fiamme red labels.

one interesting (possibly controversial?), component selection i made is nuovo record brake levers modified for internal/aero cable routing. i'm sure many people will disagree with my choice, maybe even denounce me as a heretic, but it's not like i put a pair of dura-ace levers on it either. as you can tell, i'm already getting a little defensive :) probably a sign of insecurity.

btw, the modification on these levers is very clever, as they can be used for either aero or traditional cable routing. the ones on my laser are different, and can't be used for traditional routing any more. and in case you are wondering, yes, they are not as smooth in aero mode as in traditional mode. there is a slight performance hit, but not bad really. they are still perfectly functional.

i want to thank all the people who helped me with this project, with parts, advice, information and encouragement. y'all know who you are, thank you.

anyway, here's the link:
