Subject: [CR]Simplex parts, Campy (?) crank

Dear Listmembers,

i recently aquired a few parts to complete my longtime Girardengo 51 frame project.

i have some pics available:

Derailleur: Simplex Super Champion http://forum.tour-magazin.de/attachment.php?attachmentid=34173 http://forum.tour-magazin.de/attachment.php?attachmentid=34169

Front derailleur: Simplex (Type ???) http://forum.tour-magazin.de/attachment.php?attachmentid=34171

Shifter: Simplex Brass (was this chrome plated?) http://forum.tour-magazin.de/attachment.php?attachmentid=34170

Hubs: Simplex FB (?) with wing nuts http://forum.tour-magazin.de/attachment.php?attachmentid=34168 http://forum.tour-magazin.de/attachment.php?attachmentid=34167

Freewheel: Eclair 3-speed http://forum.tour-magazin.de/attachment.php?attachmentid=34165

Cranks Campy(?) 3-Arm with "Girardengo" engraving, 52/47 http://forum.tour-magazin.de/attachment.php?attachmentid=34172

(What kind of BB (Axle length and so on would fit?)

All are complete i think, can be tidied and seem to work fine

Questions: can you help me with the question marks? Is this stuff roughly period correct for a 51? Where does "Eclair" come from? France?

i only had the frame so far. What parts would you look for to complete it? i'm happy for all ideas!

thanks for your thoughts,
Martin Appel
