Speaking of Cinelli stems, exactly what year was the oval logo changed to the winged logo on the 1A and 1R? Did the logo on the bars change at the same time? I'm guessing late 70'/early 80's but I can't remember for sure. I just spent about an hour in the archives but could find nothing definitive. Thanks.
