The Raysport is nearly built.
I've been trying to mount the brake levers (Campagnolo NR) and the piece that slips over the bar and attaches the lever body, just won't fit onto the bar. The bars are Fiamme from the earlyish 70's. Both the bar and the brake gizmo are NOS. I can barely get the gizmo on 1/8" and she gets stuck. Tight as can be. Never had this problem before.
So, I turn to the list for it's seemingly boundless experience and ask - what do I do to get these on? Were they made in different sizes? And just what is the proper name of the gizmo that's driving me nuts?
