I agree. The headlugs are the same as those that were on my Vicini.

Sorry to disappoint you, but the seatlug on the Galmozzi is bog standard as found on numerous 50's and 60's bikes. The headlugs are also standard except for the addition of the groove and hole. I do believe they are the same ones that Walt S. had on his old Vicini with cambio corsa. In the early 1950's Bozzi catalog reprint that chuck sells, you can see a few versions of the same lug design.
