Josh, Looks like the 'Record' model... at least 4 levels down from top. The headset bits are usually worth/cost more then the frame itself.

There is a 1962 Bianchi frame on eBay with chrome lugs, but the dropouts are not Campagnolo. Could this still be a pro model? What model is this likely to be?
