I recall seeing a photo of a Merckx bike at the Colnago Museum in Cambiago. Also, this note was posted in 2004 by Bob Hovey on this list: "According to Brett Horton (who has spoken with Eddy about the Hour Record Bike), this bike he's seen riding in the photos is still in Merckx's possesion and is presently on display in a Brussels metro station I believe. Another bike claiming to be the hour record bike (but which differs in several significant details from the bike Eddy is riding in the photos) is on display at the Colnago museum."
