Thanks everyone for the advice I received. I think I'll choose 1979 as year of build! After the repaint (I'll have sleepless nights over choosing the colour!) it will be fitted with first generation Dura Ace (with Crane rear derailleur). Which will be not exactly period correct, but close enough for me! Freek Faro Rotterdam Netherlands
