http://bulgier.net/pics/bike/Catalogs/crescent/4.jpg shows a Pepita just as you describe, except with Campag cranks. Close enough for ya?

The next model down in the line still used the Mafac centerpulls, but replaced the Campy crank with a Sugino Mighty. Maybe in previous years, the cheaper model went with a Stronglight crank?
